- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1/2 c. finely minced celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. lowfat milk
Инструкции
- In medium saucepan, saute/fry onion and celery in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, till smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth and lowfat milk. Cook till slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Don't BOIL. Soup variations below:
