Ингредиенты

1/2 c. finely minced onion 1/2 c. finely minced celery 1/2 c. butter 6 tbsp. flour

1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 c. chicken broth 3 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. In medium saucepan, saute/fry onion and celery in butter till tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly, till smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth and lowfat milk. Cook till slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Don't BOIL. Soup variations below:
