- 2 c. Boiled potatoes, (fingerling)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Wasabi
- 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Mustard oil
- 1/2 c. Crayfish tails
Инструкции
- Mash the potatoes with a fork. Add in the salt, wasabi, rice wine vinegar, mustard, and mustard oil.
- Let cold down and set aside.
- Roll out the potatoes 1/2-inch by inches wide cut into 1-inch pcs put 1 tail of crayfish on top of each potato piece.
- Serve hot.
