- 1 1/2 c. raw wild rice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dsh of tabasco sauce
- 2 1/2 c. fresh crab meat
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. coffee cream
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 x parsley
Инструкции
- Wash rice in several waters and soak overnight. Drain and cook in boiling salted water to cover till tender, about thirty min.
- Drain and keep warm. Heat butter and blend in flour. Add in cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat till thickened, or possibly about 10 min. Ad salt, pepepr, Tabasco, sherry, and crab meat.
- Simmer for five min. Season rice and spread on a warm platter and cover with creamed crab meat. Garnish with parsley.
