Ингредиенты
- 2 lb Beef pot roast, with bone
- 6 x Carrot, minced
- 2 c. Potato, cubed
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Tomato, crushed
- 1 c. Coffee, strong
- 1 c. Water
Инструкции
- In roasting pan, put veggies and meat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in tomatoes and liquids.
- Cover and cook till finished in slow cooker or possibly 325 oven.
- You can thicken the juice at the end.
