Ингредиенты

2 lb Beef pot roast, with bone 6 x Carrot, minced 2 c. Potato, cubed 1 x salt and pepper to taste

1 can Tomato, crushed 1 c. Coffee, strong 1 c. Water

Инструкции

1. In roasting pan, put veggies and meat. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add in tomatoes and liquids.
3. Cover and cook till finished in slow cooker or possibly 325 oven.
4. You can thicken the juice at the end.
