- 1 pkt Inst. vanilla pudd(4ser size
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut, finely chopp
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. CocoRibe Liqueur
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Creamy coconut Frosting
- 1 x Toasted coconut
Инструкции
- Place ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer.
- Mix on low speed to combine; then turn to medium speed and beat 4-5 min, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan or possibly tube pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min.
- Cold in pan 25 min, then remove. finish cooling on wire rack.
- CREAMY COCONUT FROSTING: Mix additional 1/4 c cocoRibe Liqueur with small container of frzn whipped topping. Frost cake and springle with toasted coconut.
