- 3 x Egg whites, at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 c. Sugar

- Beat egg whites till frothy with cream of tartar and salt. Add in sugar and cinnamon and beat till very stiff. Shape into tarts on a cookie sheet which has been covered with foil. Bake at 275 for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cold in oven for another hour. May be stored in a tin for weeks. Serve with a scoop of ice cream topped with Grand Marnier sauce or possibly chocolate sauce.
