- 6 x Large eggs
- 10 ounce canned corn
- 1 c. rice cooked
- 12 x flour tortillas
- 1 c. Ortega salsa - thick & chunky (medium)

- Slice link sausage and cook in a skillet till brown, stirring frequently. Add in Large eggs, stirring constantly.
- Stir in canned corn (liquid removed) and cooked rice. Spoon onto flour tortillas and roll or possibly fold to enclose the filling. Serve with salsa.
