- 1 box cake, chocolate fudge
- 14 ounce caramels
- 6 1/2 ounce evaporated lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 c. chocolate chips

- Make cake batter according to directions on back of box. Pour half of the batter in pan. Bake 15 min on temperature called for on the box. Heat caramels, butter and lowfat milk. Pour on top of cake. Pour remaining batter on top. Then sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake another 20 min.
