- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
- 1 x Vegetable bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. Mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced Onion salt, to taste Unbleached allpurpose flour

- In a large saucepan, simmer all ingredients except the flour for approximately 5 min. Slowly add in the flour (Tbsp. by Tbsp.), wisking after each addition, till desired thickness is reached. Keep hot.
