Ингредиенты
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x onion peeled and minced
- 2 clv garlic peeled and minced
- 400 gm tin of minced tomatoes
- 6 x basil leaves
- 4 x boneless freerange chicken breasts skinned
- 350 gm spinach lightly cooked
- 75 gm grated mozzarella cheese
Инструкции
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan fry the onion and garlic till softened then add in the tomatoes and basil.
- Cover cook for 20 min purse and season to taste.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan brown the chicken all over season.
- Drain pat dry and season the spinach.
- Place in an ovenproof dish top with chicken then tomato sauce then cheese.
- Bake at 190C/375F/Gas Mark 5 for 25 min then serve warm with tagliatelle and salad.
