This is another very popular Japanese dish in the US. Do not even think about buying a bottle of teriyaki sauce. So easy to make.

- 4 Chicken Thigh with skin, boned
- Sake 50cc (about 3 TBS or a bit more. Substitute white wine or beer if you donât have sake)
- Sugar 1.5-2 TBS
- Soy sauce 1.5 TBS

When the skin gets crisp and golden, flip them over. When the other side gets also golden, reduce the heat and cover for 5-7 minutes until done.
