- 1/2 lb Chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3 x Green onions & tops, minced
- 1 x Carrot, julienned
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 4 c. Cool cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Инструкции
- Cut chicken into thin strips. Heat oil in warm wok or possibly large skillet over high heat. Add in chicken, green onions and carrot. Stir-fry 3 min, or possibly till carrot is tender-crisp. Add in egg; cook, stirring gently, till hard.
- Stir in rice and cook till heated, gently separating grains. Add in soy sauce and stir till mix is well blended.
