- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 c. red or possibly green bell pepper minced
- 1 lb chicken stock
- 1/4 lb green chiles minced
- 1 1/4 lb white kidney beans rinsed and liquid removed
- 1 ounce chili seasoning
Инструкции
- Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes.
- Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute/fry chicken 3-5 min, or possibly till lightly browned. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 min.
