- 1 pound boneless chicken in sm. chunks
- 1 pound scallops
- 2 c. chicken stock
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 pkg. frzn minced asparagus
Инструкции
- Saute onion. Sprinkle chicken with flour and add in to onions. Cook chicken till tender. Add in chicken stock and wine. Cook till thickened. (More flour may be needed.)In another skillet saute scallops till done. Add in scallops to chicken mix. Add in frzn asparagus and cook till asparagus are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
