- 2 x Boneless chicken breast, skin removed
- 1 c. Brewed english tea
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 4 x Allspice berries, crushed

- 1. In a bowl combine tea, garlic and allspice. In a shallow dish, arrange chicken breast and pour marinade over. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
- Note: marinate this chicken overnightfor the best flavor.
- 2. Remove chicken from marinade and dry on paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Rub with a few drops of vegetable oil, or possibly use cooking spray. Broil in 450 oven for 4 to 5 min per side, turning once.
- 3. Pan grill in heavy skillet till golden brown. Allow the chicken to cold, then slice thin and serve on toast spread with butter or possibly low fat mayonnaise.
