- 1/3 can Parmesan cheese, fat free grated
- 1 1/2 c. chicken breast cooked and diced
- 1 1/4 c. mozzarella cheese, part skim lowfat milk shredded
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 6 ounce tomato paste
- 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix, Reduced Fat
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute

- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken, 1/2 c. of the mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil, garlic pwdr and tomato paste; spoon over Parmesan cheese.
- Stir baking mix, lowfat milk, pepper and Large eggs till blended. Pour over chicken mix.
- Bake uncovered 35 min. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 c. mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered 5 to 8 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 min.
