- 3 T salt
- 2 T pepper
- 24 oz butter
- 2.5 t oregano
- 1 T marioram
- 5 oz parsley
- 24 oz swiss cheese
- 12 oz flour
- 9 eggs beaten
- 24 oz bread crumbs
- 3 cups dry white wine

- Flateen chicken breasts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Mix together butter and seasonings.
- Spread each chicken breat with 1 t seasoned butter.
- Cut cheese into 1/2 oz strips and roll inside each piece of chicken.
- Roll each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then crumbs.
- Place in 12 x 20 x 2 inch pans.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165 degrees F..
- Heat wine with butter reserved from earlier step.
- Pour over chicken and bake for 30 min.
- Baste occasionally.
