Ингредиенты
- 1 sm Cauliflower
- 1 x Red onion, sliced
- 1 x Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 x Vanilla pod, split
- 1 x Vegetable stock cube
- 100 ml Double cream
Инструкции
- 1 Break the cauliflower into florets and cut in slices. Put into a medium pan and add in the red onion, garlic and seeds from the vanilla pod.
- 2 Crumble the stock cube in and pour sufficient boiling water over to cover.
- 3 Bring to the boil and simmer for 8-10 min. Add in the double cream.
- 4 Pour the soup into a blender and process till smooth. Serve immediately with fresh crusty bread.
