- 1 x 8 inch deep and crispy dairy free pizza base
- 50 gm Demarara sugar, (2oz)
- 1/2 med Sized mango, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 x Papaya, peeled and sliced
- 25 gm Creamed coconut, grated (1oz)
- 1 x Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced

- Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet and sprinkle half of the sugar over the top. Arrange the sliced fruit onto the pizza and sprinkle with the remaining sugar and the grated coconut cream.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 min till the fruit is softened and the base is crispy and golden brown.
- NOTES : A delicious fruity pizza.An ideal dessert for eating al-fresco.
