- Boil your Beets for about 10-15 minutes or until the skins are soft enough to slip off.
- Put 1 teaspoon of plain salt in each quart jar. Put ½ teaspoon in each pint jar.
- Cut your beets into whatever shape you desire.
- Pour hot water into each jar covering the beets.
- Put the lid on and screw the ring down.
- Pressure cook your beets.
