- 2 c. Carrots, boiled and pureed
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 2 c. Unbleached all purpose flour, *see Note
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ

- *Or possibly rice flour or possibly rye flour.
- Combine carrots, Large eggs and garlic. Mix till smooth. Add in dry ingredients. Roll out on heavily floured surface and cut into bars or possibly desired shapes. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min or possibly to desired crunchiness. The centers will continue to harden as they cold. Brush with egg white before baking for a glossy finish.
