- 1 loaf French bread, cubed
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, washed and halved
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. of frzn broccoli

- Place cheese and soup into a crockpot. Cook at high heat till melted. Stir frequently. Add in mushrooms, broccoli and cook till tender (about 30 to 45 min). Lower heat and keep warm to serve.
