- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 1/3 c. whole lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter lowfat milk
- 1 pch freshly-grnd white pepper
- 1 pch nutmeg
- 1 pch cinnamon

- Mix together all ingredients; let mix rest for about 20 min. Heat a small nonstick frying pan and spray with nonstick coating.
- Ladle approximately 2 ounces of batter into the pan, letting the batter just set, then flip the crepe over, cook briefly on this side and remove.
