• 6 slices bacon, diced
• 1/2 med. onion, sliced into rings
• 1/2 c. salad oil
• 1/4 c. vinegar, cider or possibly wine
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 c. crumbled Blue cheese
