Ингредиенты

9 c. Cake Flour, Sifted
1/3 c. Baking Pwdr
1 c. Powdered Lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. Powdered Lowfat milk
4 tsp Salt
1 3/4 c. Vegetable Shortening

Инструкции

Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour mix till the mix resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cold dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
