  • 9 c. Cake Flour, Sifted
  • 1/3 c. Baking Pwdr
  • 1 c. Powdered Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Powdered Lowfat milk
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 1 3/4 c. Vegetable Shortening

Инструкции

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients together. Cut the shortening into the flour mix till the mix resembles coarse cornmeal. Store, well covered, in a cold dry place. Use for pancakes, waffles, biscuits, etc.
