Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 2/3 c. Water; 3 Tbsp. Light corn syrup; 1 Tbsp. Vinegar; 2 x Egg whites; 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar; 1 pch Salt; 6 lrg Marshmallows

Ингредиенты

2 c. Sugar
2/3 c. Water
3 Tbsp. Light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
2 x Egg whites
1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
1 pch Salt
6 lrg Marshmallows

Инструкции

Combine sugar, water, syrup & vinegar. Cook to soft ball stage. Beat egg whites till stiff. Beat in cream of tartar & salt. Add in half of warm mix to egg whites. To other half, add in marshmallows & allow to dissolve. Combine mixtures & beat till spreading consistency. (This also makes a very good candy if cooked to hard ball stage.)
