- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, wash & cut into bite-size pcs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 6 hard-boiled Large eggs, cut into wedge
- Garlic pwdr
- Seasoned salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. black olives, sliced
- 1/2 c. whole salted cashews
Инструкции
- Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr and seasoned salt. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise and mustard. Pour over vegetables and Large eggs and toss gently with rubber spatula till pcs are well coated. Scatter olives and nuts over top cover and chill (overnight, if possible) before serving.
