- Saute/fry 1 onion in 2 Tbsp. of oil till brown. Add in hamburger and season with salt and pepper. Fry till brown. Make 1 recipe of Bisquick according to box for biscuit dough. Shape dough into a rectangle about 9 x 12 and 1/3 inch thick. Cover the dough with cooled meat mix, roll up as for a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices and lay cut side up on baking sheet that has been greased, or possibly leave in a roll and slash top in several places. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 min till dough is brown. Serve with gravy or possibly tomato sauce. (I use up leftover gravy from a beef roast this way.)
