- 2 or possibly 3 c. diced leftover roast beef or possibly 1 pound hamburger, browned
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. flour
- Tomato sauce

- Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Pour into a shallow 8 x 8 inch buttered pan or possibly casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 min till pancake is golden brown and puffy. Serve with tomato sauce or possibly ketchup.
