2 onions, minced fine 1/4 c. minced parsley 2 or possibly 3 c. diced leftover roast beef or possibly 1 pound hamburger, browned 3 tbsp. melted butter

2 c. lowfat milk 3 Large eggs, beaten 1/2 c. flour Tomato sauce

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Pour into a shallow 8 x 8 inch buttered pan or possibly casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 min till pancake is golden brown and puffy. Serve with tomato sauce or possibly ketchup.
2. Serves 4.
