- 3 x Cloves garlic, Peeled, crushed
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Saki, or possibly dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut oil Sesame seeds, toasted
