- 20 lbs ground beef
- 2 cups diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3 galsdiced canned tomatoes
- 1 qt tomato puree
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 2 1/2 qts elbow pasta
Инструкции
- Cook meat to render fat. Drain off fat. Stir meat to prevent clumping.
- Add onions and celery; cook through.
- Add tomato products and seasonings and simmer 45-60 minutes to cook through and reduce liquid.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente.
- Combine cooked pasta with the meat mixture and adjust seasoning.
- Pan up and garnish with a small amount of shredded cheese.
