- 2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard seeds, coarsely grnd
- 1/4 c. Brown or possibly yellow mustard pwdr
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar, or possibly cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt

- INSTRUCTIONS: Grind the mustard seeds to the texture you desire. (There is no ``correct'' texture.) Mix the mustard pwdr and grnd seeds with the water. Let sit for 10 min. Add in the vinegar and salt; blend well.
- Chill overnight before us ing.
- Yields about 1 c.
