Ингредиенты
- Salmon steaks Brown sugar Dry mustard Soy sauce Lemon juice Salmon steaks or possibly fillets
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 c. orange juice concentrate Juice of 1/2 lemon (squeezed) Juice of 1/2 lime (squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dill
Инструкции
- Version 1: Mix all ingredients together and cover salmon steaks with the mix. Place on wire grills (top and bottom grill like a large warm dog grill). Broil over charcoal or possibly fire.
- Version 2: Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in orange juice concentrate, lemon and lime juice and stir till melted. Remove from heat and add in all remaining ingredients.
- Marinate fish in sauce for 1/2 hour, then grill or possibly broil, basting with sauce.
