- 1/4 tsp Grnd RED PEPPER
- 1/8 tsp Grnd NUTMEG
- 1/8 tsp Grnd CLOVES

TRANSFER Mix TO A BLENDER Or possibly FOOD PROCESSOR FITTED WITH A STEEL BLADE; PUREE Till SMOOTH. Chill UNUSED SAUCE UP TO 2 WEEKS.
