- Your favorite yellow cake mix
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 (6 ounce) vanilla pudding pkg.
- 6 bananas
- 1 can angel flake coconut
- Minced pecans
- 1 lg. bowl of whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip

- Prepare cake as directed on package. Cook the pineapple, sugar, butter, cornstarch till thick over slow heat.Poke holes in the baked cake with large fork. Pour the pineapple mix over the cake and let it cool. Slice bananas and place on top of the cake. Pour pudding over the bananas. Spread the coconut over the cake. Spread with whipped cream.
- Leave the cake in the pan. Keep refrigerated. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
