- 4lbs Canned Tomatoes, diced
- 2lbs Tomatoe puree
- 11/2cups dry white wine
- 1Tbsp basil
- 1Tbsp Oregano
- 15lb Fish Fillet, fresh, frozen, or thawed
- 1cup parsley, chopped
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- In asauce pan, combine tomtaoes with tomatoes puree, wine, oregano, and basil and simmer for 1/2hour
- Spread a little of the sauce on the bottom of baking pans and arrange filets in a single layer on top of the sauce
- Spread with remaining sauce and bake 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes
- Granish with chopped parlsey
