- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 slc whole wheat bread cubed
- 2 sm apples pared and diced Topping:
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp diet margarine
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray two 5x3 inch loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- To make toast, lightly beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, brown sugar and cinnamon; stir to blend. Add in bread cubes and apples, stirring gently; let stand till bread has absorbed all liquid, 2-3 min.
- To prepare topping, combine flour, brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon with fork.
- Divide the bread mix proportionately between the prepared loaf pans; sprinkle each proportionately with topping. Bake 35-40 min, or possibly till golden. allow to cold slightly and serve hot.
