- 1 x 8" or possibly 9" graham cracker crust filling
- 1 lrg avocado
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 x egg yholks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can -14-ounces sweetned condensed lowfat milk (or possibly homemade equivelent)
- 1/2 tsp salt topping
- 1/2 pt lowfat sour cream 8 ounces
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cut avocado in half & remove the pit. Peel the avocado halves & cut into 1/2" slices. Mix w/lemon juice. Beat egg yolks till thick; add in avocado & vanilla. Continue beating, adding condensed lowfat milk & salt. Beat till smooth. Pour into grham cracker crust. Bake for 20 min. Let cold. Prepare topping.
- TOPPING...Beat ingredients together. Pour over pie & refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
