- 3 1/4 c. Flour, all-purpose, sifted
- 2 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr, double-action
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- 2. In large bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer till fluffy. Add in vanilla and sugar, beat well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add in the sifted flour mix, stirring onlytill the dough is throughly mixed.
- 3. Divide dough in half, form into patties, wrap, refrigerate3-4 hrs.
- 4. Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut with cutters and decorate. Place on greased baking sheet.
- 5. Bake 8-12 min or possibly until LIGHTLY brown. Using wide spatula, transfer to racks to cold.
