- Preheat oven to 400 . Sift together on to waxed paper the flour, baking pwdr and salt. Set aside...
- In large bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer till fluffy. Add in vanilla and sugar, beat well. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add in the sifted flour mix, stirring onlytill the dough is throughly mixed.
- Divide dough in half, form into patties, wrap, refrigerate3-4 hrs.
- Roll out dough on floured surface. Cut with cutters and decorate. Place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 8-12 min or possibly until LIGHTLY brown. Using wide spatula, transfer to racks to cold.
