- 1/4 c. Canned tomatoes (50 gm)
- 1/2 tsp Chives, minced (2gm) Salt and pepper to taste

- Brown the aubergine in butter. Add in salt and pepper. Heat tomatoes in a separate pan and pour over aubergine. Sprinkle with minced chives.
