Ингредиенты

2 x Thin slices Aubergine (50gm) 2 tsp Butter (10gm)

1/4 c. Canned tomatoes (50 gm) 1/2 tsp Chives, minced (2gm) Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Brown the aubergine in butter. Add in salt and pepper. Heat tomatoes in a separate pan and pour over aubergine. Sprinkle with minced chives.
