- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 x Egg
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Orange juice
- 4 tsp Grated orange rind
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Finely minced dry apricots
- 3/4 c. Minced nuts
Инструкции
- Combine sugar, shortening and egg. Stir in lowfat milk, juice and rind. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt and add in to other mix. Combine apricots and nuts; add in to batter. Pour into greased loaf pan and let stand 20 min.
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.
