- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 lrg apples peeled, cored, and diced
- 6 x Large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 pch salt
- 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp white sugar
Инструкции
- In a large skillet or possibly frying pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add in apples and saute/fry till tender but not completely cooked.
- Heat a lightly oiled omelet pan or possibly medium-sized skillet. Whisk together Large eggs, cream, salt, pepper and sugar. Pour egg mix into omelet pan. When bottom of omelet has begun to set, place half of the apple mix on top of the Large eggs.
- When bottom of omelet is completely cooked, fold over omelet, cover and cook through. Serve hot with remaining apples on top or possibly on the side.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
