- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Bread Flour
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1/2 med Apple Peeled, Diced Granny Smith Holds Up Well

- Add in ingredients in the order your machine requires.
- Process on specialty bread. Add in all ingredients except apples. When your machine specifies, add in apples. Suggest medium crust.
- Hope you enjoy. Delicious hot or possibly at room temp. Especially fantastic when used with bread pudding recipe.
