Ингредиенты
- 3 x Large eggs at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Plus 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Anise extract or possibly
- 1/4 tsp Anise oil
Инструкции
- Beat Large eggs till fluffy. Add in sugar gradually, beating constantly for 20 min. Add in flour and baking pwdr. Mix well. Finally add in anise extract or possibly oil. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased and floured cookie sheets. Let stand 8 hrs or possibly overnight. (They will get little "mushroom" tops on them).
- Bake at 325' for 10 min or possibly till creamy color....don't brown.
- Makesabout 4 dozen small cookies.
